We have been designed beautifully, we have been given power go heal ourself, as we have only wounded ourself.  This sounded so bizarre to me some years ago and I felt Why will I land myself in such a situation of pain, sorrow or scarcity etc...... But then while doing self healing, and letting go of layers of this unhealed emotions I understood that I have chosen all this to evolve, to learn, to grow, to experience and in this process I found myself.
