Choose people wisely, people who we hang out has great influence on us, if someone mocks you, bullies you or belittle you, it's high Time you let them go. So that you let other people who want to support you, love you or even accept your imperfections can entre your space, though this new people coming may take time as when you detox you need to step back and evaluate your past actions and choices so that you do not repeat same mistakes, also before other good friends entre your life you need to feel deserving and worthy of same and for that forgive yourself for making past choices. Angel card of the day :: Focus :: THINKING ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT, NOT WHAT YOU DON'T WANT. GUARD YOUR THOUGHTS CAREFULLY, BECAUSE THEY CREATE YOUR EXPERIENCES. Focus is key to our success. Once you decide your goal, one need to focus. We believe many time that concentration abilities are impaired, yet the foolproof mind of GOD is within our own mind. We always believe that we are not responsible for the thoughts that comes in our mind, but it is other way. Thoughts can be control once we try and not hold them, if we give importance to any irrelevant subject/thought/person that will create more problems in our life. it will hamper our focus toward our main  goal. Thus before we come across any irrelevant thought just give a 1 sec to hold the thought and analyse how important it is ? . Affirm yourself daily that I AM NOW ABLE TO FOCUS.
