Heal myself ! Power within Me!

We have been designed beautifully, we have been given power go heal ourself, as we have only wounded ourself. 

This sounded so bizarre to me some years ago and I felt Why will I land myself in such a situation of pain, sorrow or scarcity etc...... But then while doing self healing, and letting go of layers of this unhealed emotions I understood that I have chosen all this to evolve, to learn, to grow, to experience and in this process I found myself.

Today morning I was discussing something with my teacher and again found myself saying that I need to just focus on myself, others are just mirroring my inner being. And more people coming and going is just part of the game ( game of learning, growing and experiencing) I am really greatful to her and all people crossing my path, not matter what their role was, I am becoming a better person each passing day.

So yes " I am my own healer and I have power to heal myself " and if you come in my space I am just reminding you your own powers and someone did reminded me too. So to heal self is a process and this process will require your patience, practice, persistence, passion to live a better life. Be gentle with self and it's a beautiful journey of self discovery.

I greatful to my students and clients, (even someone who is reading this )they have joined me in my journey, allowed me to be in theirs and when I see them shifting I am shifting too.
