Today be spontaneous, do not think too much. Embrace whatever comes up, as doing this you will help yourself overcoming your ego self which keeps on judging right and wrong, good and bad. When you are spontaneous you are in the flow, you are trusting the process, you are experiencing that moment, probably practicising being BE in NOW. Love is spontaneous, humour, healing even awakening can be spontaneous, as you do not know in which life will be different and not same anymore.
For being spontaneous dance, move, take a walk, chat or have good conversation with friend, meditate, celebrate whatever you are doing, work or play or rest.
